Exchange and Giveaway Received!

I got my beautiful LHN/CCN exchange in the mail from Clare!  It is incredible and I'm so thrilled by it!!!

It is a gorgeous bag, finished perfectly.  I just know it will be the perfect stitching project bag!  Inside were some goodies as well:

There was a needle threader by My Big Toe Designs, a Heart in Hand chart, some threads including my first skein of Dinky Dyes silks and a piece of linen and complimentary fabric.  Thank you Clare!!!  I love everything so much!

I also won Despina's giveaway!  I got two charts, one of which is a cute L*K Easter chart!

Thank you Despina!

Another Exchange Received by Partner

Leanne of My Nifty Needle received the ornament I sent through The Ties that Bind Cross Stitch Exchange:

Souvenir of Paris by Blackbird Designs

Joyoux Noel Book

Fabric: 32 ct Flax Belfast Linen

Fibre's: GASS & WDW (my conversions)

I made the little hanger with beads that came from a necklace of mine that broke. I now have quite the supply of black seed beads.

I saw on Leanne's blog that she really liked her gift. I'm so thrilled. It was a lot of fun to stitch and the finishing was really easy with help from Vonna at The Twisted Stitcher's Tutorials.

Happy Stitching!

More Pillow Talk

This is where my cat, Pumpkin, slept last night as I worked on Christmas by the Letter:

Mes Girafe is now safe in a drawer until it's time to frame it. I'm playing with fire (fur???) leaving it out!

Today I'm doing a floss toss for a Harvest/Fall exchange piece I'm doing. My first! Woot, Woot! I'm very excited about that and can hardly wait for Tuesday when I find out who my partner is. I have some Gentle Arts Limited Edition mystery colours that I received (as a freebie) with an order that will work perfectly for the chart I've chosen. I'm also doing more organizing in my stitching room, AGAIN! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Happy Stitching!
